HO’OPONOPONO – Powerful Hawaiian Healing Method

 This powerful yet simple healing method originates in Hawaii.

This story is about Ho’oponopono and the Hawaiian therapist Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, who cured an entire ward of criminal patients without even meeting any of them or spending a moment in the same room. He would review each of the patients’ files every day, and then he would heal them by using Ho-oponopono. The amazing results may seem like a miracle, but they are often astounding when you use this method yourself.

There are a few rules:

This method may not work for those who just mechanically use this method. You have to truly embrace it and take it seriously. You have to take full responsibility for what happens in your life and in your mind. Hurricanes – you somehow caused them, people that have an impact on your life positive or negative, you have attracted. Situations and events happened because in some way or form you have agreed for it to happen. With that in mind, we heal the situations in our lives through healing ourselves by following, Ho-oponopono way.

Step 1: Repentance – I’M SORRY

You are responsible for everything that appears or happens in your mind and your life. Even if it may seem to be very contradictory to you. Once you realize it and fully embrace this responsibility then it should be very natural for you to feel sorry. I’m so very sorry that someone I know has a broken bone or had some kind of accident, or else some natural cataclysm happened, that I realize I have somehow caused it. I am so full of remorse that something in my consciousness has created that idea. 

You will likely resist accepting responsibility for the “out there” kind of problems until you start to practice this method on your more obvious “in here” problems and start seeing the results.      

 Choose something that you already know you’ve caused for yourself. Maybe some situation that needs to be resolved. Your over-weight problem, maybe you or your loved one suffer from addiction. Maybe some other health or psychological issue currently bothers you. Do you have anger issues that you cant explain? Health problems? Start there and say you’re sorry for somehow causing it. I realize that I am responsible for the (issue). I don’t know how I may have caused this issue but still, I AM SORRY.

       That’s the whole step: I AM SORRY.

Step 2: Ask Forgiveness – PLEASE FORGIVE ME

Don’t worry about who you are asking forgiveness it may find its address. Just ask! PLEASE FORGIVE ME. Say it over and over again. Mean it. Remember your remorse from step 1 as you ask to be forgiven.

Step 3: Gratitude – THANK YOU

Say “THANK YOU” – again it doesn’t really matter who or what you’re thanking. Thank Divine. Thank Sourse that is in you. Just keep saying THANK YOU.

Step 4: Love – I LOVE YOU

This can also be step 1. Say I LOVE YOU. Say it to Divine, to Source of all creation, Say to Jesus if you feel that way, say to Allah if Allah you worship. Say it over and over. Mean it. Feel it. There is nothing as powerful as Love, Love is energy of Source, Divine.

Repeat again, and again, and again, feel the powerful energy that starts clearing and calming you. If you do not feel anything in the beginning don’t worry, have your issue in mind and repeat these four powerful phrases in any sequence, it doesn’t matter. Find sincerity within and it may help. These phrases may also help you to find your sincerity.
